Edward R. James Homes and Waterbury Place recognized by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chicago

Waterbury Place was one of four communities selected among south and north suburban applicants to participate in the 7th annual Press Express Tour that took place Friday, September 19, 2008. Media guests, including members the Chicago Tribune, The Daily Herald, Chicago Sun Times, Chicago Agent Magazine, Professional Builder Magazine, and others, were invited by the event chairman, Sharon Windle of the PR Firm Sharon Windle, Inc., to tour the neighborhood, as well as several of the community's model homes.

According to Rita Unzner of the SMC, Waterbury Place and Edward R. James Homes were selected for their unique community, quality construction, and signature landscaping. To acknowledge their selection, the HBAGC presented them with a SMC 2008 Special Recognition Award.

Reporters were anxious to see what Waterbury Place had to offer, stating that Edward R. James Homes is distinguished for their quality homes and innovative landscaping and they knew that their Buffalo Grove community would surpass their expectations.
